The Company's journey began on April 24 1956 with the establishment of the Company under the name PT Airline Insurance Patriot (Patriot Insurance Society Ltd.). In 1991, the Company was acquired by the Kalbe Group and changed its name to PT Asuransi Mitra Maparya. In 2014, Kresna Insurance officially listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the stock code "ASMI" through the issuance of 402,871,000 shares. Following the share listing, the Company's name changed to PT Asuransi Mitra Maparya Tbk.
In 2016, Kresna Insurance became known as PT Asuransi Kresna Mitra Tbk, as a form of consolidation following the Company's merger with the Kresna Group in 2014. The name change was carried out based on the decision of the Extraordinary GMS on June 15 2016. As a form of the Company's compliance with statutory regulations -invitation, the Company also made changes to the Company's Articles of Association through Deed No. 94 of 2016 which has been ratified by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights No. AHU-0011541.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2016 dated 17 June 2016.
On August 28 2020, the Company changed its name to PT Asuransi Maxmus Graha Persada Tbk, based on the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Asuransi Kresna Mitra Tbk dated August 28 2020 and received approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia via Letter Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number: AHU-0062679.AH.01.02 dated 11 September 2020, as well as Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority No. KEP-68/NB.11/2021 dated 15 February 2021.Number of Partnerships: 10
