Douzone is an IT company that handles enterprise resource planning systems . It started as Douzone Digital Ware in 1997 and played a role in making ERP software for companies in some regions of Korea , and in 2004, Douzone SNS was established as a corporation, integrating all of Douzone Digital Ware nationwide. After that, it merged with Daedong, a plastic manufacturer, and was listed on the Korea Exchange stock market through a backdoor listing . Since the company's surviving corporation was Daedong, the founding year of Douzone BizOn was brought forward to 1977. CEO Yongwoo Kim and Douzone Holdings, a major affiliate of Douzone BizOn, and other special related parties own a 37.59% stake, making them the largest shareholders. Douzone BizOn's ERP system is used by over 10,000 companies, mainly small and medium-sized enterprises and venture companies in Korea and China.
