NCC has been at the forefront of Korea’s ‘War on Cancer’ since its inception in 2000. To reduce the burden of cancer, NCC has made concerted efforts to develop better strategies for cancer prevention and early detection and more effective measures at the national and international levels. NCC is striving to fulfill the visions defined in the second “National Cancer Control Plan” by devising cancer control policies and promoting cancer research in Korea through a cooperative network forged between Korean cancer-specialized medical institutions and international organizations.Number of Partnerships: 10
