iCare is a digital health startup offering a health consultation service for companies (Carely) powered by chat applications on mobile. The service is designed as an "online health room" for employees to talk freely about their health problems. Doctors, nurses, counselors connect on the platform to answer the questions of about 10.000 users (Jan 2017). Mental troubles account for more than 25% of the consultations and companies see this service as a good personal advisor on a long term to keep their employees healthy and as a prevention before people quit their jobs
