RRSP Industries aims to transition curative medicine to preventive medicine and align the interests of patients, payors, providers and care services. The current state of Care Coordination is insufficient to provide optimal outcomes for patients, healthcare system efficiency and economic vitality. The delivery of a Patient-Centered Healthcare Network Management System (PC-HNMS) enables data-driven patient-centered and collaborative care, improving chronic care management, and leverage health information shared with stakeholders, aligning healthcare services and incentives. We introduce a PC-HNMS to centralize decentralized medicine and provide physicians with the ability to monitor, assess and manage patients remotely.
