The founder, Will Kirkpatrick MSN, APRN, FNP-C, CCRN, CSCS, is an experienced nurse, nurse practitioner, and game developer who witnessed firsthand the challenges healthcare faces in keeping up with demand. The need for well-prepared healthcare workers continues to outpace the training capacity of educational institutions.
