Time is Brain develops BraiN20, a portable medical device that improves the diagnosis and prognosis after an Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS). BraiN20 represents a change of the treatment guidelines for AIS, due to its capacity to early diagnose the patients that will respond to Mechanical Thrombectomy (MT). BraiN20 optimizes the management for each AIS patient. BraiN20 reduces time to treatment for the patients suitable for MT, while it allows a correct reallocation of healthcare resources for those patients that will not respond to the treatment.
